I smell fish tacos! I have been frequenting Best Fish Taco in Ensenada–a small hole-in-the-wall taco joint in LA. And they really do have the best fish tacos there. But what makes a brilliant fish taco is really the salsa. They have an open bar and you can load up your taco as much or as little as you want, although I don’t know why anyone would skimp on those perks. All of them are so good. So I decided to make some fish tacos and a spicy mango salsa that will kiss your lips with its sweet tang.
This is delicious and healthy!
