It’s refreshing and at the same time has tons of benefits for your digestive tract which, if you’ve been traveling and eating like me you definitely need to clear out. The best part is you only need yogurt, milk, salt and pepper and tons of ice!
- 1 cup yogurt
- ⅔ cup whole milk
- ⅛-1/4 tsp crushed cumin seeds
- salt to taste
- black pepper (optional)
- Add yogurt, milk, cumin, salt and pepper to the blender and blend for 30-40 seconds until frothy. Dring up!
