2-minute S’mores Fudge

S'mores Fudge
I appreciate little things in life. A nice gesture, a friendly smile, a genuine compliment and right now while my eyes are locked on this little thing, this fudge. I keep telling myself to make healthier sweets that wouldn’t instantly put me in sugar coma, but this only takes four basic ingredients to wreak havoc. I don’t like the sound of that but I sure do love how it melts on my tongue.

S'mores Fudge

If you like big things, just gobble the whole pan up, no problem at all. My brother actually did that and from a dangerous place in food coma, he told me not to make little things again. I promise I had read out the disclaimer out loud for him but my brother has short attention span–shorter than mine and mine is pretty short. Therefore, bottom line: Always pay attention to disclaimers.S'mores Fudge

2-minute S'mores Fudge
4 ingredients, 2 minutes is all you need for these little things,
Recipe type: Dessert
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers (coarse, not fine)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  1. Line an 8x8 inch square pan with tin foil.
  2. Stir chocolate and condensed milk together in a saucepan on very low heat and stir until fully melted. Remove from the stove.
  3. Toss in graham crackers and marshmallows and stir to combine.
  4. Mixx until fudge starts to thicken up.
  5. Now pour the fudge in the prepared pan and spread until smooth.
  6. Let sit at room temperature or chill in the fridge for a few hours until fudge is set and hard,
  7. You can store it at room temperature for a soft fudge or in the fridge for a harder fudge.
  8. Cut into little squares and enjoy!

  1. Wow, what a gorgeous, simple recipe. So clever. These look amazing! I made s’mores recently on a girls weekend and I think I will have to continue the theme next time with your s’mores fudge. Wow 🙂

Thanks so much Nicole:) I’m a sucker for crunch in sweets and love the graham crackers in these. I almost wanted to toss in some pretzels in it! Good thing I didn’t because then I definitely wouldn’t have held back haha
